Delete my data

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time. Here's how, depending on how you used RelaxPod or RelaxQ.
Quickest way: email us
Send an email to relaxpodhaven@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data. Please include:
- the email or mobile number you used with us
- your business name, if you have a RelaxQ account
Please send it from the same email you used with us, so we know it's really you. If you can't, we may ask you to confirm another way. We'll delete your information within 30 days and email you when it's done.
If you signed in with Facebook or Google
- Email us as shown above and we'll delete your RelaxQ account and everything it holds. You can also use Delete my account in your account settings once it's available.
- To also remove RelaxQ's access:
- Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose RelaxQ, then tap Remove.
- Google: go to your Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services, choose RelaxQ, then remove access.
Removing access on Facebook or Google stops future sign-ins, but doesn't delete what we already have. Email us for that.
If you joined a line at an event
- Your mobile number is deleted automatically 7 days after the event's line closes. You don't need to do anything.
- If you ticked the promo box, you can reply to that business's promo text to ask them to stop, or email us your mobile number and the event name. We'll remove you and make sure the business knows.
If you booked RelaxPod chairs
Email us and we'll delete your contact details and event notes. We have to keep payment records, such as amounts, dates and receipts, for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that, they're deleted too.
What we delete, and what we keep
- Deleted: your account, name, email, mobile number, profile picture from Google or Facebook, staff you added, events, menus, promo lists and messages.
- Kept only as the law requires: payment and receipt records.
